Muhlefellner Flour extracted from the bulk of the wheat grain with the highest protein content from 10 to 12 percent which enables consumers to easily cook bread and other doughs.
The company was founded in 1994 to import and distribute international brands in Albania. In its beginnings the company operated under the name “ERIONI-H” then in 2009 “Elledii” was created. In 2012 Elledii invested in the completion of automatic packaging lines for: Sugar and Rice under the name “Elledii”. The company operates successfully in the Albanian market with private and international brands.
